Your questions
stay yours.
Why this matters here.
People bring real questions to these texts — about practice, about health, about doubt and meaning. Those questions can be personal. A study companion you can't trust with a private question isn't much of a companion.
So the rule is simple: we collect what's needed to run the Service and nothing for sale or surveillance. This page is the plain-language version of our Privacy Policy — the legal document governs; this just tells you what it means.
What we promise.
We never train on your conversations.
Your inputs and the agents' answers are never used to train language models — not by us, and not by our model provider. We use Anthropic's API under commercial terms that exclude training on customer data.
Hosted in the EU.
Your account and conversations live on servers in Finland (Hetzner), under UK and EU GDPR. We don't sell your personal data, and we don't run advertising trackers or cross-site analytics.
We keep it only as long as needed.
Conversations stay while your account is active and for up to 30 days after you delete it, so an accidental deletion can be undone. Server access logs are kept 14 days for security. Billing records we keep for 7 years because tax law requires it. You can export or delete your data from your account.
No hidden hands on your data.
To answer a question, the text you send is passed to Anthropic (in the USA, under Standard Contractual Clauses) for the model to read and respond. Email, payments and hosting use a small, named set of providers. Every one is listed, with what it sees and where, in the Privacy Policy.
